| How do I order? |
Welcome to solagame.com. All the items you see are available to buy online. Simply click on the item you wish to buy, select the size or colour required and click "add to cart". You can then go back and add additional items to your cart or "proceed to checkout".
Please note you will need your credit card, Paypal, or West Union details, including the billing address (the address to where the card bills and statements are sent), shipping address and contact number.
Do you do retail and wholesale?
Yes both we do, Just enter the quantity you need in the box.
Are there any hidden charges?
No. we donot charge for the sales tax.We just charge for item cost based on the quantities for the customers from US, AU, NZ, and so on, and few shipping cost for the customers from other countries. Pls check here, and we also provide some discounts.
Do I have to pay import charges?
Yes, any customs or import duties incur once the package reaches its destination country, the receipent is responsible. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict how much they would be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Will you be getting any more in?
Unfortunately some items will be out of stock or be removed from the site altogether if discontinued. We often take repeat deliveries of popular products and occasionally customers will return items to us that do not fit. We would advise you to keep checking the site to see if your desired item becomes available again. Where possible we do provide dates for when we expect to take delivery of more items.
What cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit and Master cards. We also accept Paypal, West Union payments - where you can make direct transactions from your Paypal account or West Union in your local currency.
What currency do you use?
Prices on our site are listed in US Dollar($). However if you are a resident of a country with a different currency, you can still make your purchases. Your credit card company will convert the currency value of the order into your local currency and charge your card for the equivalent amount.
Is it safe to order online?

Do I have to order online?
Ordering over the internet with solagame.com is the safest and most secure method of payment. However if you do not wish to enter your details over the website you can call us on (86)75527367391 to place your order - where our sales staff will be happy to take your details.
When Will I be Charged?
When you reach the final billing page and press "Confirm Order". we will immediately contact your bank/card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.
If the payment is authorised, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes confirming your order, and payment will be taken from your account shortly afterwards.
If payment is authorised but we have a query with your order, an e-mail will be sent to you to advise you of the nature of the query. If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to your card.
If the payment is not authorised by your bank or card issuer, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes advising you of the reason why. (Please note some issuing banks may still reserve your funds for a period of time).
My email address/password is not recognised
Maybe you registered with another email address? It is often the case that people forget which email address they used to register with us. You must use the exact email address and password combination with which you first registered in order to log back in to the site.
Maybe you have forgotten your password? If so we can send you your password to the email address you registered with. Just fill in the box by "Forgotten Your Password?" on the login page. If these are not successful or you have other email address or password related problems please contact sales@bestamart.com with your query.
Can I track my order?
You can track your orders on-line. This page displays your order history as well as the status of any open orders.

I need to return an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 3 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred.
How is the refund?
1. We will provide full refund or exchange is available if the product is faulty in quality. And after receipt and the confirmation of the faulty, we will pay for the return shipping cost from you to us, then issue a full refund, or exchange with a new item.
2. We will provide full refund or exchange is available if you are not satisified with the product, due to any reason except quality problem, but the return shipping cost from you to us should be paid by you.
3. We will provide half refund if your Customs detain the parcel permanently due to any unexpected reason.
4. We will not refund but reship another item or items if the parcel got lost in transit.
How long will it take to refund to me?
Generally within 3 days after we meet agreement.
Why does my credit card payment fail?
Payments by credit card may fail because of bank authorization and fraud prevention systems. When you have trouble with making a payment via credit card, you may contact your card-issuing bank or PayPal directly.
The following reasons account for most cases of credit card payment failure:
The number of credit cards on your account is above the limit ¨C the max number of credit cards you can use for payment on solagame is two. If you exceed the limit, your payment may fail.
The amount of payment exceeds credit limit ¨C the max daily spending on solagame for a single credit card is USD3000.
The billing address is inconsistent with your credit card address.
Different users are found to have used the same credit card.
Your credit card may not support online transactions.
Your credit card may not support 3D security verification.
