1. Free shipping to the countries in Category 1, and the countries in Category 2 and 3 when the parcel weight is below 2.0 pounds.
Cause the shipping cost by Registered Airmail is same to all the countries.
2. It is charged according to the table below for the countries in Category 2 and Category 3.

There is no sales tax charged.
For high value orders, we recommend you purchase shipping insurance to guard against loss and damages during the transport process. Please contact us to inquire about insurance costs for your order.
In the event that insurance was purchased and a claim for shipping insurance needs to be filed, please contact us to initiate the claim. We shall refund the cost or replace the item upon receiving confirmation from the insurance company for the compensation.
Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. Please check import policy in your country to understand your liability.
All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyers) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the your government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.
Shipping way:
1. We ship by HK Registered Airmail,or China Registered Airmail to all the countries for the purchsed quantity under 50pcs.
If you want us to ship by express, pls contact us to pay extra.
2. We ship by EXPRESS: EMS, DHL, UPS, TNT, Fedex for the purchased quantity above 50pcs.
If less quantity standard required,we will mark there.
Handling time
Generally, we ship the products within 3 business days after your payment is clear. And if the item couldnot be shipped on time, due to out of stock and reproduction, or by any other reason, we will notify you by email. After shipping, we will send you a shipping confirmation email of the shipping way and tracking number.
Delivery time
: The parcel reaches in 3 - 7 business days generally, but it is estimated, but not guarantted.Contact us if you donot receive it after 15 days.

Return Policy
Please contact us before taking any action. Exchanges are available if the items are defective which is almost unlikely. and we are responsible for the shipping cost for return.

Refund Policy
1. We will provide full refund or exchange is available if the product is faulty in quality. And after receipt and the confirmation of the faulty, we will pay for the return shipping cost from you to us, then issue a full refund, or exchange with a new item.
2. We will provide full refund or exchange is available if you are not satisified with the product, due to any reason except quality problem, but the return shipping cost from you to us should be paid by you.
3. We will provide half refund if your Customs detain the parcel permanently due to any unexpected reason.
4. We will not refund but reship another item or items if the parcel got lost in transit.
